Our Christmas & New Year Exhibition at deepspacegallery

Our Christmas & New Year Exhibition at deepspacegallery

Our Christmas Exhibition at deepspacegallery, called “Works and Workings”, is set to amaze you as you enter into a dazzling world of colour and monotones, created by students and artists who enjoy our deepspaceclasses.

Works & WorkingsAs implied, displayed within “Works and Workings”,  are complete artworks as well as many of those sketches and  interesting workings out that lead to the finished pieces. Also on show are a selection of outsized hand made Art Books created by ArtAble students – each & every page containing wondrous images.

What makes this exhibition really special is the marvelous mix of artists showing in it – from children of two years old to teenage who visit once a month for Arty Crafty Kids Club; amateur and professional artists who come together for Life, Portrait & Figure Drawing practice; our OASIS practitioners who drop-in on Tuesdays to develop their own ideas in a dedicated environment; and our two truly wonderful groups of adults who are dealing with a variety of health issues but determinedly brave our unpredictable weather to attend ArtAble classes every Wednesday.

And while you’re here, enjoy browsing our mini BAZAAR with vintage, retro and handmade items on sale, all proceeds going towards our DISABLED LOO fundraising.

Prepare to be awed and wowed by this stunnng collection of Works and Workings during the following dates and open times:

Tuesdays to Fridays, 16 – 19 December 2014, 6 – 9 and 13 – 16 January 2015 from 10am to 4pm.

You are very welcome to join us anytime between 10 am and 8 pm on Wednesday 17th December for our OPEN DAY when many of the participating artists will be at deepspacegallery (at varying times) to greet you with drinks and nibbles. All are welcome!
