Objects:

Non-profit distribution:
That the company is not established to make a profit but is intended to be purely for the public benefit.

Dissolution:
That the assets of the charity will not be kept or sold for any profit orientated reasons but passed instead to another charity with the same or similar charitable objects.

To deliver and promote the arts to areas in need and for the benefit of the Community at local and not excluding wider levels on a not for profit basis.

To provide opportunities for all members of the Community to access the Arts with an emphasis on Visual and Fine Arts.

To ensure access to art without discrimination for members of the Community who face barriers with an emphasis on those with learning difficulties, mental health issues and physical disabilities, not excepting social exclusion.

To provide educational opportunities for the above group as well as for members of the wider Community.

To provide recreational opportunities for the above group as well as for members of the wider Community.

To provide amenities for the above group as well as for the wider Community including disabled toilets.

In the advancement of human rights to promote Fine Art by artists within the community in exile – in political, physical or exile of any other kind.

For the advancement of environmental protection and improvement to promote and practice any issues as advised.

Powers:

To organise and promote events and exhibitions for the experience and appreciation of the Arts.

To advance the study and practice of the arts.

To establish and develop charitable status to support the objects.

For any profits made to be used solely to develop deepspaceworks to further the objects.

To cooperate with other charities, voluntary bodies, social enterprises and statutory authorities operating in furtherance of the objects.

To affiliate with appropriate local, regional and national bodies.

To continue to develop established links and collaborations with existing Arts organisations, Educational bodies and Steering committees.

To develop opportunities for volunteers to participate in the enhancement of the objects.

To raise and encourage donations of resources and funding in furtherance of the objects.
